Default Brakes, Something wrong?

I just recenttly had my brakes done, and purchased new drill/slotted rotors to put on. HAd it done last friday, and espically when turning it sounds liek metal scraping on metal, my friend said it shoulda went away in a day or so but hasnt, is this normal? or should i take it back to get looked at?

I would be tempted to go back. Although I have had brakes squeel when new, deeper metal on metal sounds (such as grateing, or grinding) is never a good sign.

There is a dust sheild that comes of the hub that rides real close to the rotor, on the bottom inside. It is very easy to bend maybe it got hit during the brake job.
