im a newbie and just purchased an 04 stratus and tried to search for some body kits. i found like 2 or 3 kits that weren't so great looking. other sites claim they make kits for 01-07 stratus but only see the 01-03 pictures. anyone know of any place that would have kits for the 04? i found a site that would make a custom kit if a group buy was made.me...im not too confident enough to even think about it. but if anyone is interestedin a group buy, heres the site. http://www.bodykits.org/custom.html

well nvm about that website. i just got an email back from them and they said,
"There should not be any concern, considering it would be your own design
provided to us. we design the kits by the designs provided. custom kits
are purchased in 5-10 ordered amounts, at around $3500 for the complete
kit."

sounds really nice just if u ever thought u can get a kit for your ryde that you see in your dream. 3500 too expensive for me...but if theres artists out there that are deperate, here's your chance.

 

2.5 gens (as we call the '03+ coupes) don't have hardly any aftermarket body parts. I know that a project is in the works trying to develops a hood for them, but that is all I am aware of atm. '01-'02 were around longer and got a lot of the body kits and hoods. I dislike all the body kits, which is probably why no more are being made for the newer Strats. It's also a small niche market, not a lot of money to be made.

this is for the 01-02 wide body kit just over 1000.they also make viper kits for these years too

theres another one that i really like was the INVADER cant seem to find that picture but still not for the 04

 

o yea and that site that i post will ask u to draw your own design and they'll make the kit u want but i think it was 3500 and a minimum of 5-10 orders for a group buy.

 

Check out fiberglassforums.com and ask some of these guys i've been on that forum for years and they do this stuff all the time and can even assist you in fiberglassing, to make this kit it's about $300 in materials but widebodys unless metal shouldn't be driven for a daily driver they WILL crack just a matter of time/climate your in ie hot to cold
anyway on that forum some one might build you a kit for cheap alot of those guys are very very tallented

 

They don't make body kits for the 2.5g. Any bodykit ever made for the 2g-2.5g look like complete ***. Just lower it the body itself already looks mean. Don't Rice it out.
