Shifter question
My shifter is down by the console, there is D for drive 3 and L.
Should I keep it in 3 or D? Would someone explain the uses of
each one? I need to see if the dealership can supply my manual.

Each one tells the car what the highest gear it can use in the transmission.
D = 4th
3 = 3rd
L = 2nd
Not using D might also disable TC lockup, which reduces rpms and increases gas mileage. The only reason you should use anything other than D is to prevent gear searching (when it keeps changing gears due to a certain speed range) and when you need engine braking (like going down a snow covered hill that makes using the brakes a bad idea).
