OP, I would advise against it. Full frame and all, I doubt the engine/trans could handle a trailer. I would never do this.

Just FYI, past 170k today.

I've got 120k on my 2000 Stratus SE now but it hasn't been easy... lots of suspension work.

Sold my 06 at 117k. Driveline was still solid.

205k on my acclaim, fresh paint and 5-speed swap, still going strong.

Default 2004 Dodge Stratus 207,000

I have a 2004 Dodge Sratus 2.4 SOHC with 207,000 miles to date. No problems and it still runs great.

174K+ on mine now. I have been having an issue where the cooling system is over pressurizing and pushing out the drain plug. It didn't do it all the time, just once in a while (carried extra and lots of water)

Took it over to my buddies shop and pressure tested it. Held 16PSI like a champ. Even let the bastard child...err...stratus idle for 40 minutes inside his shop. No problem. Drove it around all weekend before I left for my trip on the 16th of December for work. Came home on the 18th. Drove it to the store and back. No issues. Go to leave for work on the 19th and the bas....stratus blew out another plug.

So, the only thing left was the cap and thermostat (Radiator was new less than 3 years ago). Just did it a few days ago. So far, so good. I want this car to reach 300k miles. That is my goal as long as it doesn't cost me an arm or a leg.

But let's start with basics. I don't mean to be condescending, but are you aware that the drain plug closes with 1/4 turn? turn it 1/4, and it's closed. it's not a screw; it doesn't screw like some plugs. The reason i say it is I had a shop change my fluid, and they tried to screw it in, overturned it, and it leaked til i replaced it.
