327,000 and still going
2000 Dodge Stratus V6
Yup!! You heard it....327,000 and still ticking.. No major engine work...just timing belts. Original exhaust. Tranny rebuilt 2x. Just kept doing regular oil changes every 5,000 miles. I use it for a commuter car-115 miles a day on Route 95 going in and out of DC. I don't spare the pedal. I've decided to let it go until it blows up or the tires fall off...

2001 Stratus with 140K (123K on second engine). I changed oil every 3-5,000 miles and regular maintenance done. Only problem I've had is the AC system and after looking at how it is designed, the engineer who designed it should be strung up by his gonads. Dodge made it more complex and convulated then it needed to be. I'll never own another Dodge or any Chrysler again.

2002 2.4L Dodge Stratus Se
I remember posting back in winter of 2009 with 6X,XXX miles...
As of 11/11/2010, I have 116,300 miles. Other than oil changes at every 3/5,000 miles, I had a tune up (new spark plugs, wires, air filter), and a timing belt/water pump replacement for preventive maintenance.
On the highway which is about 85% the driving I do, i can get 33mpg via hypermiling, but through regular driving I average 30mpg. In the city the lowest mpg i recorded was 24mpg, which is good since I live in NY.
Engine is strong and quiet, and tranny has had no issues; it still shifts smoothly.
Hoping to reach atleast 200k.
I do about 25,000-30,000 miles a year so i hope for this car to last a while. MOPAR FTW!
