Default Viper Turns over but will not start

I have a 99 GTS Viper that has 15.5K miles, is completely stock,
and had never been touched other me changing the oil.

Several weeks ago it began to be difficult to start. Full starter engagement,
no change in engine turnover speed with starter, no sputtering, would just
eventually (after three to seven tries) start and run perfectly.

After starting and running for several minutes, it would start again with no
problem.

Now, it will not start at all. Continues to have full engine turnover speed.

Any thoughts ?

You need to determine if it is spark or fuel. Usually I pull a plug or disconnect the fuel line to detemine the which it is.

My gut tells me bad fuel pump.
