Supercharger? From what I can tell with little Viper engine mechanical knowledge it appears you took off the intake. So either you're doing some engine cleaning, changing some spark plugs or really doing something over the top.

Ahh all the possibilities..... I been on the road quite a bit and sick, so it still looks the same, but this weekend I will be doing more work and will update exactly what is going on
