1. Open MSPaint
2. Click "file" at the top and click "open"
3. Find your file and hit "Open"
4. Go up again and click "image" scroll down to "Sketch/skew" and click
5. Set "vertical" and "horizontal" to how big of the original size you want it to be. (Example: Vertical 50% and horizontal 50% make the picture half its original size)
