vipers in scottsdale

anyone here in az? there is a dirt lot across the street from my work in scottsdale, and there are 35 red and white viper srt 10's fenced in just sitting there for like a week now. just curious what this is about?

Those are the VCA special edition vipers that will be delivered at the Berret Jackson auction I think.
