Both speakers are the same. As for how hard, not sure. I have not done mine yet. I know you have to take the black covers off (not just the speakers covers but that entire center black part), which I think means you have to take the grey, or in your case the red center console out. This may sound hard but should not be. Remember these cars were hand assembled, so it is easy to hand disassemble.

Theres no need for speakers. The only music you should be listening to is the v10 engine.

I disassembled my interior today. To change the speakers you will have to do the following.

1. Remove the seats. You might get around this, but it would be VERY hard to remove the screws in step three.
2. Remove the two screws on the center console near the rear of the console on the sides
3. Remove the 4 screws on the black back cover behind the seats and the 3 screws/snaps along the top.

From there it is just a matter of replacing the speakers.

Tips
To remove the seats you want to remove the seat bottom cushion to get to the bolts. Under the seat is a silver "clip". If you pull down and push back this will allow you to remove the seat bottom cushion. Also slide the seat lever as if you were going to move the seat forward/backward. Note, you can remove the drivers seat without removing the cushion, but not the passenger.

This sounds worse than it is. The good part is you can give the interior a good cleaning.

I put the Sony's I mentioned eariler in this post in my car. The sound is much better than the stock speakers. Another plus is they are red, matches the car.
