Default Keyless entry problem

I just joined the ranks of GTS owners by buying a 2000 red/black with 8600 miles on it.
They gave me only one key and 2 key fobs. One of the remotes will not work,
I checked the battery, tried to reset it many times. No luck. Is there a way to reprogram the remotes to work with the car?
I'm sure there is but haven't seen how. Any suggestions. Also if it helps I can find a gril in a bikini and take some photos of her on the car.
However I don't think it will correct my problem.

if the remote came with the viper originally it may just be out of phase with the car... but check the fobs battery first just in case its dead. Try holding down both of the buttons at the same time for a few seconds, usually it will make the car honk to let you know it is back in sequence. The fobs use a rolling code system and if only one remote is ever used then the unused remote commonly gets left out and it has to be reset. If it is simply another remote that they threw in with the car then you will have to go to the dealer and have them use the DRB to program it to your vehicle.
