I have a 2000 Viper ACR (purchased in April 2006), the front left shock and each of the rear shocks are leaking oil out of the top seal. Dodge has quoted $1,100 for each shock to replace.

Does anyone know if these adjustable shocks can be rebuilt?? If so, who they would recommend.

I think John at www.partsrack.com can and also sells rebuilts, but the set will still run you about a grand. May want to ask Sean at www.roeracing.com as well.
