Hmm, do not have any experience with the GEN III.
If it was the window seals you should see water streaks down the side of the windows, which I have to assume you do not have.
I would look in the door jams for eveidence of water coming in there. The other other thing it could be is somewhere in the firewall. Wish I had a GEN III near me I could look at and give you better ideas.
