Default Roll call for the 1st Official Club - The 4.56 Gear Club

Since these "copycats" started their own clubs, months after our club was created, I figured we needed our own thread too.

Roll call............................

Who's got 4.56 Gears in their trucks?

FEAR THE GEAR!

This is our official logo, please copy it into your sig to identify you as the proud owner of 4.56 Gears!!!

Nice and small, you should have no problem fitting into your sig...

Hey SD, can you get the 4.88s for your front axle?

Yet another reason I wish I kept my '98 RCSB 5.9 4x4!!! Not instead of the Hemi, mind you, but it would have made a hell of a "weekender" especially if I'd have followed through with my original plan and stroked it!

Well for the record, 4.88 guys are welcome in the 4.56 club.

BTW, any of you guys who've not done so, we've had a 4.56 Gear "Social Group" for quite some time now, head over and join it:

I have 4.56's. Unfortunatly, I still have about 150 miles left in the break-in period, so I haven't been able to test them out yet.

about two/thirds of the way into the break-in you can push 'em a little, for short bursts, nothing sustained. Then let off 'em for a bit, then push them a little again. This actually aids in the heating/cooling that you need to break them in properly.
Then after getting that break-in fluid out, with the little metal shavings from break-in, it'll be time to drive it like you stole it...
