Brother I do understand what you are going through. I was a plankowner on the Nassau LHA-4. But we had no internet at that time. And it's a shame you can't vote. It's a very close contest.
Take care...

Hey Red, when you did your drop, did you have any problem putting on the cartracs? Ive tried doin some research and to the best of my knowledge I should be fine. But Im gettin ready to order a McGaughy's 2/4.5 drop, new shocks, Caltracs, Lowered Rear Hellwig Sway bar, and a couple weeks after that, AirRide bags for the back, with my reinlistment bonus. Does anyone think Ill have any issues installing these items together? I plan on doing it all my self, prolly take about a week. They sound like they will all work together, but just checkin to see if anyone thinks I might have a problem before I order them. I posted this before, but I didn't get very many responses. So I figured I'd ask my club members.

Oh, I remember those bonus checks. We would plan how the money would be spent long before getting the check. The anticipation was the real fun of it all. Of course this was back in the day when military pay just plain sucked. To your question, The flip kit comes with a new plate the "U" bolts bolt to. The Caltrac mount takes the place of that plate. As for the sway bar I don't have experience with that. I would call them and specifically ask them if there is any problem using the sway bar with the flip-kit and Caltracs. If you haven't done your exhaust yet I would suggest holding off until the drop and sway bar are install to run the pipes. Good luck....

Here's a picture from Kevin's bad a$$ (Never Done) truck. Hope he doesn't mind using his picture.

Ajax,
Oh yeah, back in the day I was a WestPac sailor. Rode DESRON 15 from San Diego to Yokosuka. DESRON 15 is still there today, but all the old ships have been replaced a long time ago. Got too many stories to tell here. I'm a mostly retired DoD contractor sometimes working DD/CG/DDG class ships. I live half the year in the PI. So I'm still out ther on the Rim... lol. Life is good!
Take care and have a safe trip.

lol.. so its not like the marines huh "once a marine, always a marine"?

i guess its.. "once a lowered club guy, always a lowered club guy... until you raise it"

i gave you guys great inspiration as a lowered truck and even became a few peoples desktop wallpaper lol... you shouldnt treat vets like this once they leave the lower club service

haha
