no, wasnt making any contact with the pavement when he pulled me over, but all it takes is a discrepancy in the levelness of the road and i would,
meh, im back to ridin face down,
i did recently drag my exaust off, that was funny, muffler hanger came loose, then caught on a pothole in the parking lot at work, i tore that **** right off kept on goin,
the flowmaster 40 is back on no cat though
currently looking at different ideas and methods to get the rear down this winter, biggest problem being the wheels i have do not tuck in the rear, the fronts camber in enough, but the rears wont, probly 1/2" too wide
so one word will solve the problem, WIDEBODY
already gave the fronts a little flair for clearance, turns out i can steer lock to lock with zero psi in the bags and no rub anywhere.
the bedsides will get pushed out only an inch or 2, may or may not be easy to notice will find out soon enough. fronts will be re-done to look less like a simple flair, more like work
in other news, my bed will also be re-worked this winter, i need to be able to transport my new golf cart, so tanks will be moved to the middle of the bed, with a slight angle to clear the axle tunnel, there will be ramps built to essentially park the cart above the wheeltubs/tanks&comps
but i digress... heres a current pic of my crossmember,
it also needs some plating done this winter....
