hey ken thats exactly what i was thinking tonight as i was watching this wedding rehearsal my fiance is in....my buddy and i were talkin about it and thats what i came up with and leave the center cap silver too or all black with a red pin stripe around it.....ill have to do fixing of the outside ring as the previos owner dinged em up a lil.....but im def thinking about it and its cheap......

 

and how. dont for get to spruce up your calipers while you are at it. 18.00 for the kit at advance auto

 

yeah... you would be the first to have a blacked out 03 20's with a chrome lip. (i like the red idea better) and the calipers would match perfectly. AWE !LIGHTBULB! just black out your wheels. then use the paint you do your calipers with to outline the outter rim. that way your calipers match the trim on your wheels. BOOM DONE! your welcome haha

jay just something i noticed but between the club and tech section we are over 700 post

 

now i need to go change my undies... im fo sho gettin the road grater kit when i get back home from iraq. i keep changing my mind, but i always come back to the idea of baggin it. its either that or another bike. decisions decisions!

 

im stuck on it now .....and okla thats great i knew we could keep it going im going for dropped mod....lol and ken i think my droors are toast too....after watching about 30 vids.....

 

the roadgrater kit is not worth it, sure its easy and straightforward, but for 3K and it dosnt include any of the air management. the systems dont get much lift without pinion angle problems, its not a big deal if you're running lopro tires on moderatly sized wheels (20s, super lopros on 22s)

you can get a ton lower on bigger wheel/tires with a fabbed setup
