Oh yeah. Now, on the other hand we DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES remove anything from evidence, we just "use" a little more during testing. LOL. J/K!

 

There's a lot of stuff we DO get away with. Speeding, etc. But one area none of us even tempt, drinking and driving. That's one area we don't have no pull in. We get caught, we go to jail just like everyone else.

I don't drink anyways, but know a lot of people who do, and some who've gotten caught. N trust me it ain't pretty. IAD gets involved, you lose your job. DWI in Texas is a Class B Misdemeanor. Those aren't allowed for us LEO's. You get one, you lose your job, automatically.

 

dammit joe i would love to come down there. that sounds like a straight up deal to me. but my wife is a nurse and works weekend doubles so i have the kids all to myself

That's not right man. Cops shouldn't be ABOVE the law. Of course there's certain things that we SHOULD get away with. But, stuff that's as serious as that. Nope, if I pulled them over they would still GO TO JAIL!
