so today i tried something,
i chained my axle to the frame to see if it might do something stupid when i lifted one side, like, lift the wheel

nope, all it did was limit the lift in the front, so now i really really need Christmas monies to get this thing assbagged lol

tried different lift/drop methods with no results, so im gonna have to get the rear bagged then chain it

the idea is to set the rear up to get more lift than i really want, then use chains or, preferably, straps (same kind used on off road trucks to limit articulation) to create a fulcrum action

all so i can do this, standing dogleg



i do want to be able to lift all 4 corners of the truck and have the truck sit level front/back

 

thats a crazy nice setup but i dunno about the dogleggin stuff....some good metal fab work tho.....

 

thats alot of work for just that. i mean it all seems redundant to me, BUT thats just IMO. ok... ya wanna explain this "poon club" to me one more time please? and where did hollywood go? he kinda just vanished one day

 

bat, you could always get push/pull cylenders, they'll make you 3wheel like crazy

lol they ride like poo, with straps they dont actually change the ride quality, plus they arent much work, just need to build a crossmember above the axle and some tabs for the strap,

a buddy of mine has several parker 2way cylinders for like 30$ apiece though..
