To the last two posters.... It always starts with a small/basic setup. You'll get the bug. For me, I started with an Awaia deck, 2 10" Fosgate P2 punches, and a Power acoustic amp. That was all. It made me happy for about a year then I started blowing stuff up. Then I caught the bug. It's bad enough that I joined another forum that focuses on car audio only. I probably can't post a URL for the site, but it comes up in like the first or second hit off of a GOOGLE search.

I tend to alternate between my speaker boxes in between seasons and so i wanted to know how i can mount the subs back and fourth without having to drill new holes and wear out the enclosures.
i recently used these drywall screws called molley screws (for the house of course) and u only make one hole and u can mount and unmount things without loosing any strength.
but if i made a prep hole that big it would rip the ring around the box apart

Oh I've already got it but I have the performance bug more at the moment. The Polks are just my attempt to hold myself over till I get all the go fast goodies. In my integra I had a decent Arsenal head running Infinity Kappa Components up front and Kappa 2ways in the rear through a Kenwood 4x75w rms amp. Then a 10" Audiobahn Flame Q (yes, Audiobahn is crap I know, learned a lot over time from when I first bought all the stuff). Had I kept the car I was planning on dumping the audiobahn for two Elemental Designs 12's and getting better amps but the rust was catching up with the car and I wanted a truck again.

Thanks for the review - I've been looking at them as well. Good luck with your system, it looks to be coming along pretty well.

Kickers in the doors, 2 kicker 12"s in custom boxes behind the seats hooked to a Hifonics 1200w class d amp and a 2 channel 400w amp hooked to the highs. The hu is a sony mex bt2600. The seats can go all the way back. If you want dimensions I can upload my drawings and numbers. I have been bitten by the audio bug... Might need something louder next lol. Thinking kicker crx instead of the 2 crv's which are dual 2ohm voice coils.
