I think a BTOTM would get a little excessive, but BTOTY is too seldom (most guys wont even stick around for a year). I'm all for having a Black Truck of the Quarter though

Yeah,...maybe a touch too much...but, howabout AF's idea with a twist: "Black Truck of the Season" #1-would be BTO"spring...#2-would be "BTO"Summer"...#3-BTO"Fall"....and BTO"winter"!!! that way the guys have time to prepare...say have the vote last a month...w/2-months off to save money...upgrade..etc.,.. that way no-one gets bored with a constant back-to-back campaign trail. So? what ya'll figure,.."Teach"?,..you started this...

I like this idea very much BTof the seasons. The lowered guys might have an edge in the Summer and the Lifted 4wd guys might be looked on with more envy when the snow starts flyin'. Then maybe at the end of the year the 4 winners compete for overall truck of the year.

lol 4 seasons = quarter. great minds think alike i guess. the only problem is, the end of fall is dec 21. if you wait to do a truck of the year competition, that leaves 9 days of voting for TOTY if you want the Fall winner included
