Oh and this is probably a stupid question but it is early on monday so i feel that i get at least one. When im cranking the Tbars does the suspension need to be fully extended or can i crank them while the truck is stil on the ground?

You should crank the bars with the truck on the ground. Cranking them with the truck in the air won't give you any sort of reference as to where you are with the height. Also, you need to unsettle the supension while you are cranking them so you don't take it too far. My suggestion is to measure, turn the bars up a couple turns, drive the truck around the block, remeasure, turn as necessary, drive the truck around the block, remeasure... repeat that until you have the height where you want it.
Also, don't assume that turning each bar the same number of turns will raise each side equally. Measure each side to determine if it is staying level.
Thanks to Badstrat for letting us use this logo
and COY for designing the original grille logo.
All I have done is add the NC part..
The grille works for both 2nd and 3rd gen trucks.
The Club, well not model specific per the rules, I think it works out well..
I'm trying to get it done with the shading and at least 3 color.
I'll let you know....
Alright then thats what ill do. just wasnt sure if it was going to be too much pressure on the suspension. Ill probably do it tomorrow at work. pics will follow
You can do it with the truck lifted as well, just have to keep lowering it to get a reference. BUT it is much easier to turn the bolts with the truck in the air, less pressure on the bars! 95 is absolutely correct, crank to where you want it check both sides drive it recheck drive it recheck etc. I suggest driving it a couple days while rechecking each night once it is where you want it and staying there get a front end alignment, and TELL them not to touch the tortion bar adjustments before you give them the keys. Make sure they write it on the ticket or they will lower it and align it!
