i know for damn sure im not hitting the advanced trails. i dont know if i will even do any trail riding if i dont get different tires.

 

i know i'm not going down anything crazy, i'm stock and not really wanting to destroy or dent anything out there

 

I am not worried about my truck I just dont wanna get any of my pretty black paint on there rocks, it is a national park and I dont want to deface and of there property

 

i will be hitting what ever my heart desires... which wil mostly likely be the stuff yall hit, and i will be recovery

i could care less about dents and scrathes... as long as it is in places i already have them.. from what i see on the youtube videos, there are a few pretty good holes for mud out there if anyone wants to hit that with me... : )

oh and so you all know, i have the 3/4 ton LSD in the rear, and open front, but i have 37's of tire.. and i will either drag that bolder, or snap the chain... lol

 

ill hit just about anyting i can get my front tires over. not woried about dents b/c they invented this great thing called the dent doctor haha. plus whats a truck without a little character? Mopar i would love to see you try Daniel. its a tough trail but your setup could definitely handle it. yours too 318slt.

and ill probably be taking the front bumper off for the trail. is there a quick and simple way to remove the bumper? i havent even really looked yet.

 

yeah these trails don't require any LSD although they can't hurt. Like I said I was out there last year in a completely sock dakota and was keeping up with wranglers out there. And when I say stock I mean it still had STREET radials on it. I've seen more aggressive tread patterns on sports cars thats how street those tires where and I was fine. I've also seen little yota Rav4's out there struggling and scraping but they were making it none the less. So I should think that everyone on here should be fine, and if you're not I have a which to pull everyone out.

 

you have a which? you mean winch, i will probably try danial, but im not going crazy... nor am i leading... i am going to be like the thrid truck in if anything...

got to remember, someone has to go in the front to know where we are going... so we dont get lost

 

I'm not leading! I've never been there before and I'm not that experienced offroading.

I did find the solution to my problem though! I haven't started this swap yet because I couldn't find anyone with a plasma cutter who would let me borrow it and I definately can't afford one. But I found a place near me in Raleigh that rents tools and heavy equipment. So I might rent a plasma cutter and 250 amp wire feed welder from them and go to town! But now that I found that its definately going to be started next week! I have no excuses left :P
