Actually, that would be awesome to get a hand! How far away are you from Apex?

Most of my classes this semester are online, so the only day I can't work on it is Wednesdays. But I have to order parts and wait for them to get here. Since the radius arms didn't work out, I'm going with a 3 link, so I need to get mounts, DOM tubing, and johnny joints. I'll be ordering all that stuff hopefully by this weekend so I can start the front axle soon.

I'm still working on the rear axle. My longer shackles just came today so I can finally finish the hangers I'm building. Once they are done, I can line up and weld the perches on the 14 bolt.

I'm 42 miles south of ya, straight down US1 (about 5 miles off of US1 actually). If I come then I'll have a good excuse to go a few miles further and hit the DeWalt store on Capital blvd. and get a damn guard for my grinder.
My available days are march 30, april 3,4,8,13. I'm off the day before each of those too, but I work a 12 hour night shift and I get off at 8 am, so I'll be too tired that first day off.
I'm not exactly a suspension guru, but it's nice to have some help when it comes to lining stuff up and such.

I'm still in too. I got two tow straps, shackles, a high lift jack, and a spare rim that matches the rims on the truck and a full size spare tire. I even took my nerf bars off to give me some more clearance (but that only took 5 minutes). I'm gonna need people to pull me out when I get hung up because of the open diffs.

Exactly! I could do all the work on my own, but I'd feel a whole lot better having someone who could double check everything I'm doing. Lol, the rear axle in my truck is offset .5" because of a bad measurement when I put it in... a mistake I'm determined not to make again!!

The 30th might be a great day to remove the 9.25" and install the 14 bolt since you can make it. I'll be sure to have all my mounts made by then!

And then the weekend of the 3rd and 4th may be a good time to start building the 3 link as long as I have all the stuff by then.

So next tuesday, then the weekend? That'll work.
What gears do you have in that 9.25? I want to get 4.10 gears in mine, but I know I won't be able to get it done before the trip. Whenever I do get them in there, I'll probably put a detroit locker in there.

I have 3.55s in the 9.25". I have a set of 4.10s that I'm half way through installing in the 9.25" that will go on my 2wd project truck. Gears aren't too hard to set up.
