Everyone staying safe??? How are calls going?

 

I aint be running much these days. I have some one going issue with the fh. They want money for an emt course that I did not pass. I missed it by one question.

 

I missed on it too! My dept was nice about it though. I also have been having issues, on my dept. Actually came to the point that i tossed my gear in the hall and left. Came back and talked it over and I am taking a week or so long break, from them. In that time I will either decide to go back or say f-it and go full time. Long story short we got a new chief that is not chief materiel, and we disagree. Me being 19 he automatically judges me even though I have been on over 2 yrs. Yet 90% of the dept totally supports me and they all know i know my **** and I could go full time on another dept...

 

I just need to call the head ems guy and talk it over with him tomorrow. Its not like I missed the test buy much one hole point! So as of right now there on the go **** yourself page in my book and I have also been shopping out other fh's as well. One is an engine comp and the other is another truck co.

 

1 point or 10 points ya still failed.


The chief at the company I was runnig with is a ****ing *******. That's why I'm running with the Smurfs now lol. I don't jump and run like I used to though.

Well I decide to play nice and go on a call today. I got my *** chewed for clearing the call. I was IC and I was first on scene i was in control. Yet some ***** that never shows up decided to chew my ***. Gotta love it.... Havent made it official yet but odds are I will not be on the dept after tonight. I am tired of there ******* attitudes. My opinion is go in and get the work done, clean up, be safe and go home. Yet these guys are all about fancy gear, fancy this, oh why dont i have that, why this why that. Oh its a medical call i dont need to go.. ..idiots...

I am struggling but yea I am. Today really pissed me off, because they took the apparatus that I came in! And left me on scene with a probie. No equip no hose no nothing! on a training burn. I think its about time for me to hand my stuff in and go to another dept. This one is gone way down hill since the new chief. Plus its become un safe and just a total nightmare there. I don't quit things though, so that's why im stuck between a rock and a hard place...
