I recently bought my first RAM 3500 with a Cummings diesel engine. After a couple of days I'm finding soot localized on both sides of the front behind the front wheels,and taper to less towards the rear. Since this is the first diesel powered anything I have owned, is this normal? If not, what should I look for? The truck is a 2012 RAM 3500ST 6.7Cummings HO w\6 speed auto. I bought it with 16k on the clock.
