RE ROLLNLOCK BED COVER

I bought a new roll'n'lock bedcover for my 2004 ram, and when ever i try and open it, it buckles and wont slide open...anyone know why? and how i can fix it?

Can you be a little more descriptive? I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say it buckles.

when it starts to roll back, it goes about a foot and then it buckles in where it would roll up. no longer rolls, and can't push back.

did yu install it sounds like the roll has not been spring loaded right i had one of these nice but when you get snow or ice on it it sucks ***
