just pickedup an 02 dodge, silver. notice some rust "speckles" on it, along rocker and side of box, but rub off with lots of rubbing of the thumb and water, easier way to take this off?, have tried those sponges people have for dishes, the scothbritesided ones, andeven it takes a good rubbing so i dont think its hurting it,but can;t tell if its hurtin the clearcote or not........thanks.....
