Default What kind of adhesive do I use for trunk logo?

I've acquired a NOS trunk logo nameplate for our 1980 Dodge Aspen. The oriinal was attached with some kind of adhesive and had lasted in place for 25 years. Does anyone know what kind of "glue" I should use to put the new one on? Thanks

find the 3M thin adhesive....you will have to trim it up, but its good, yet not forever...you can heat and remove it, if need be.
