has anyone ever had a bubble just pop up on your plastic chromed grill? is their any way to get rid of it like poping it with pen or somthing ?

On the frame or plastic inserts ? I've never seen a bubble form but probably manufacturing defect. If you still under warrenty take it dealership before trying to pop it. I've also seen the chrome frames on Ebay for really cheap.

 

the grill is just plastic anyway. mine has that too and my pops navigator had one. proly have to replace the grill thats what we did for the navi.
