Looks like in germany is hard to customyze your car, since many laws don't allow such things.
You can open a business, probably make some profits as an importer, or make some replicas
in the fiber glass section...

Here in Ohio the tint limit is 50%. The lighting has some state set limits, but they are usually broken down farther by the county/city. In the city of Columbus, no forward projected lights can be any color other than white. Red or blue for maker/signal lights is a big time no-no. A friend of mine got a ticket for both his illegal tint and having hood/washer lights even though the package said that they were white, but the had a very slight blue shade to them. Some laws are just pure BS.

it's correct, the next is, car has to have 11cm (4.33 inch) minimum high
ok, we need it cause streets aren't as much as good
listens good, but have no time, cause i'm working for the german army, hope for 12 years, in september
no forward projected lights can be any color other than white.
it's the same like in germany but most make some caps over the standing light, so there is a bit colour in it but also not allowed
the "new" xenon-lights look light blue i think

Heh, remind me to switch my headlight bulbs and blinkers out if I ever go to Columbus to visit my buddy. Cause cops would be all over my car if they only allow white colored lights. Mine are close to white, but you can still see some blue. So do they bust people in columbus for HID's? Those are are blue or sometimes purple. They look hella sweet, but they are soooooo bright. I had someone in an STI following me on the highway once at night, man all I can say is he had some bright HID's. Cops around here don't mess with my lights, sometimes they stare at them, but they don't do anything. I've had my lights in for about 2 months and they haven't done anything. Friend of mine has had the exact same lights in his car for over a year and still not been hassled by the cops.

Here in Texas they recently passed a law that said if your license plate frame blocked out any information on the plate itself (like the state name, slogan, etc.) you would get a ticket for $250. Lots of PDs (not ours!) did booming business for several weeks until the news media got wind of it and starting telling people to get rid of the frames.....[&:]

what do you mean with "safety check" ???

the police here is sometimes standing somewhere and lasering the speed or, we say flash, there is a little box and inside a camera and they "flash" you if you're to fast.
then you get a mail from the state. and up to 20 km/h to fast you get, points, and more than 20 km/h you have to give your lisence to state for about 4 weeks.
if you've got 18 points you must give your lisence to state.

sometimes they when they stop you without speeding, they check if there is every part on the car allowed bey the "TÜV" (compulsory car inspection) like lower suspensions, tint, spoilers, rims, exhaust, lights, engine unprades.....

Yeah, I remember them putting a VW van on the side of the road and it would take your picture if you were going too fast. They also had cameras on the stop lights in Frankfurt.

The safety inspections are the same thing you mentioned (TUV). They just stopped more American G.I.'s because they knew the G.I.'s couldn't afford good cars and often drove unsafe ones as a result.....
