I need help on changing the bumper lights on a 98 Dodge neon I want to put the clear altezza's in and I can't see to find a screw anywhere at all on the bumper lense to change it..Can anyone help please respond my aol name is: RPMJukeBox

Check behind the trunk surround where you access the bulbs for the tail lights.

 

slide under the front bumper and you should see them, I have them on my 98 and I put them both in like 15 minutes
