I dont know what it is, but everytime I drive there is this sound like my brakes are out. They seem fine...and it makes the sound more when I dont even have the brake on......is it my brakes or what???? I have a 2005 Neon Any help would be great THANKS!!!!!!!!!

It sounds like you are down to the wear indicators. Pull a frontwheel off and see how much of your pad is left.
