Hi,

I have a 99 Viper that I stored for the winter. Normally I put the charger on it and I'm ready to go in a few hours. This year I had the charger on it, but it does not seem to be getting electric to the doors (I cannot get in). The fuses seem to be good and I can hear some of the relay's kicking in when I disconnect the main and reconnect it again.

I tried jumping it with one of those portable batteries, but that does not seem to produce the desired results. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
