wont pass deq

deq guy said i needed to take my 99 durando on a drive cycle so my catalyst,o2 sensor and my o2 heater sensors will be supported does any one know about this.

they said i need too drive it at a certain speed for so many miles then decress speed, and this is to set these sensors some how?
