Default gear ratio

I have 245 75 tires with 17" rims . What will change if I go To a 20" rim will I loose milage I have 375 gear

Rim size has no effect,if the hight of the tire is the same.

rolling resistance of the tire would have some effect; if you go from highway tires to a more aggressive tread (A/T's etc.) you will probably notice a little loss in mileage (with overall tire height held constant.)
