I have just found out that one of the heads on my van is cracked.
it is between the valve seat's and it looks like a crack was starting on another cylinder.
Is this a common fault with the 318 motor.
Also can anyone tell me if the heads are all the same i have been given prices but one guy asked for the casting number.

Well depends what 318 you are talking about now. Theres a 318 "A" series, 318 "LA" series and a 318 "Magnum" series. The A series im sure you dont have for sure. What year is it first of all?
