my flasher would work but after 15 or so seconds it would stop blinking. bought a new flasher and replace it. when i was testing the new flasher out i turned on the hazzards and now turn singnal or flasher works at all. put the old one back in and still nothing. is there another flasher. i replaced the on on the steering column. please help how can i trouble shoot
