Default traction problem

There's a traction problem with my Viper in the colder weather. Have stock Michelin tires. Any advice?

Keep it in the garage when it's cold.

Are you serious? I thought Vipers always suffered from traction problems. Too much HP.

Does anybody make a softer compound tire in that size?

Contact TireRack.com they offer a few choices From all out race tires to stock replacements
Cold tires on a Cold street will never perform very well!!!

Yeah, my ride suffers from traction problems as well. Running 315/35R17 Pilot's, best advise is stay out of the throttle.

If your talking to me... I do not own a Viper..... I've worked on several HUNDRED Vipers and driven EVERY one of them... ANY high HP car will have issues with cold traction. If you want to know what it's like getting traction with 350+ RWHP ask me or another member that has one.... We will be glad to educate you!

Welcome to having a high hp rear wheel drive car. put slicks on or warm them up= better traction, other than that theres not much you can do.
