ok here goes new compressor, drier, expansion valve, flush system, evac and rechge. compressor was noisy. new compressor has same noise and a rapid pulse in the high pressure line. guage readings at 2000 rpm are 43 low and 375 high with proper amount of freon. temperature at the vents is 70 degrees. outside temp is 98 degrees. I can't get this thing to cool properly. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you try a new condensor or evaporator core?
