Default I dont know what to do........

Ok, my 99 qc 5.9 is acting up. Its sputters, hard to start, idles rough as heck....... Was wondering if problem could be a fuel injector stuck open. Its running real rich too, black smoke out of the tail pipe...... ummmmm..... pulled codes on it and got a P202, The book says that a P202 is either a bad fuel pressure regulator or injector cylinder #2 or injector #2 circuitry....... Any additional info wuold deserve a steak dinner or a case of beer!!!!!! thanx a bunch guys......

Hey yah I agree. I think that would be the fuel injector I would change the plugs first if it's still doing it it's got to be the injector I had the same problem with my Dakota R/T and it was the injector stuck open. If you change the injector make sure to change the oil to because all the gas that's not being burnt up will be in the oil pan. My suggestion is to change plugs and fuel injector.

For sure. I kind of thought it sounded like the injectors. And I agree to go ahead and take a look at them and then change them if need be. BTW welcome to DF Dakotart
