Default Grand Voyager

I recently bought a Grand Voyager and seem to be having some power issues. The door locks and interior lights don't work unless the ignition is in the on position. It's a 99. Any suggestions?

there is a main fuse under the hood to control all of the accessory items in the vehicle.. it keeps constant current to your accessories.. if this is blown.. none will work until the key is on.. when the key is on.. the ignition will power it all.. check all your fuses under the hood.. i will guarantee its in there.. good luck and let us know what ya find
