got in the wife's durango this morning started fine then after it warmed up turned the heater on and i dunno what it was the radio volume started going down to 2 the wipers came on and they was turned off they will randomly wipe the windshield like once and then again 5-10 minutes later turned the volume back up on the radio and came back down again tried the steering wheel control for the radio/CD button and the one to turn it up turned it down to 5 the bottom one did not do anything at all but it works fine now and again later in the day any ideas what could be causing this it going to the dealer monday and they want to see what they can do just want to make sure i don't get the runaround with them I'm thinking it may need the flash on the instrument cluster tsb or recall what ever it was for the wipers for the static electricity if i remember correct
