P0132 O2 sensor high voltage Bank one sensor one...
Could anybody tell me what the difference between
1. Bank one sensor one
2. Bank one sendor two
3. Bank two sensor one
4. Bank two sensor two
The vehical is a 99 ram 1500 with a 5.2 the current code is "Bank one sensor one High Volts" but im pretty sure i had them all at one time (ran into some injector and wireing issues) I just want to know what sensor is now causing this code. Last night it also had "bank one sensor 2 High Volts" but that is gone now. JUst looking for some insite on this. so i can figure out what sensors i need to tackle and what i should do with them (just replace or figure the problem is comeing from some place else. Also interested on if there is a way to test the sensor. Thanks!

the drivers side head (1-3-5-7) of your engine is bank one, the passenger side (2-4-6-8), is bank two. each bank has at least 2 sensors...ill have to check and see what location that is, probably either upstream or downstream.
where did you get the error code? did someone scan it for you and just didnt tell you what the code read??
i shoudl also mention that it is sometimes losing power to the point where i have to pull over but then it clears out. I figured this is probably because the bad sensor is not telling the computer what air/fuel mix to adjust to. If this makes a difference let me know, If not, Thanks for the help!

ok..more info...
about 75% of the time, high volts means that the sensor is shot. i was also told that a bad sensor can effect the run quality.

2. Bank one sendor two - Left after cat
3. Bank two sensor one - Right pre cat
4. Bank two sensor two - Right after cat
"ran into some injector and wireing issues"??????? wiring issues, sensor high volts could be a short to power, bad ECM.......
Were those "wiring issues" on the left bank as you sit in the drivers seat????
no, just bad plug wires, one on each side of the motor (cyl 5 and 6) the exhaust o2 sensors worry me... I know the shop that set it up did it retarted. They have the pre cat in one pipe and the post cat in the other. they are only running the stock 2 sensors, I was wondering if there are any other 02 sensors or if this is where my problem lies.... also, if anybody has any info, id like to know where i can get a harness so i can do this right
