Default code PO135

I have a '96 dodge neon and when checked code PO135 came up. 02 sensor, heat circuit malfunction, bank 1 sensor 1 andit is not getting any spark. Turns over but will not fire. I have replaced both sensors and new plugs and wires. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Default RE: code PO135

Check you power to the coil. If you find current going to the coil but isnt firing that current to the coil is TOO small. Meaning the dwell time for the coil to charge and discharge a spark through the plug isnt going to happen until you get enough power going to the coil.
