Default PCM trouble on 97 2.5l v6 Cirrus/Stratus

Anyone ever had a PCM go on them? Cant get the 8 volts at the cam shaft sensor wire or the 5 volts at the throttle position sensor wire. Traced the wires back to the module to the right of the fuse panel under the hood and do not get any voltage there coming out of the computer module. Found the 12 volt supply wire to the module and it is OK with the key on. I was thinking that is was the cam shaft position sensor that was n/g but could not get the 8 volts at the sensor supply wire. Dont want to change the distributor for nothing. What is the name of that module anyway? The part number is PO4606386AF.

THANKS
