Default Transmission Help

I have a 1999Dodge Ram 2500 V10 4/4 I rebuilt the trans about four mounths ago. With the help of a friend and aldata.com. The trans felt better then all the times the dealer did it. Upgraded alot of the parts. All has been good up to now. Say your driving speed is at 70 mph Rpms are at 1800.Going down the road fine when i hear trans sounds like it went into nutral real quick then back into gear the rpms jump 200 to 400. Then go back down to 1800.Its like a fast surge wont do it under load or up hill just when your doing anywhere in the 70s on flat roadsorslight down hill grad.80mph on up nothing no surging Under 70mph nothing. I have the 47REtrans thanks for reading.
