I have a 2000 Durango and the horn decided to not work one day lol and also when I am driving on the highway my Duango vibrates, I just had 4 news tires put on lastnight.. Someone help

I can't help you with the horn, unless it is just a bad fuse.

Was your truck vibrating before you put on the new tires? If not, take it back to where you had them installed and have them re-balance them.

Sounds like you need to go thru the front end and start replacing the wearable items that are bad. Check ball joints, tie rod ends, drag link ends, steering box, pitman arm, a-arm bushings, shocks, etc. Anything that moves. Replace any that are worn.
