Hey, i am having a little trouble, my RPMs are high at start up until my car gets to running tepm then they are normal. Its getting crapy fuel mileage, sounds like crap, and runs like dog. Someone mentioned to me that it might be my EGR valve. Could this be the problem? Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong?

umm no i have a 93 dodge shadow V6 5 speed 3.0L. could have had a neon but passed on it
