Default Disable Seat Belt Alarm?

I have an 04 Dodge RAM--is there any way to disable the horrible seat-belt alarm? While I wear my seatbelt 99% of the time, I do a lot of camping, and driving around a lake at 5 mph for more than 30 seconds without a seatbelt on does not seem like it warrants the 100 decibel warning alarm that comes on everytime.

There should be a wire in where you plug the seatbelt into. I am not sure how the switch works, whether you need to just ground that wire, or if it needs power, to turn the alarm off, but thats all you should need to do.

Thanks Casper,
I think I'll try opening it up and playing around with it--I'll post if i manage to fix it without electrocuting myself!

Thanks,
